Live Healthy Club Bonus Points Program Terms and Conditions

  1. How do I participate in the Live Healthy Club Points Program?
    When you set up an account to become a Member of the Live Healthy Club. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive an account confirmation email. Once your account has been confirmed, you will become a Member of Live Healthy Club.
  2. People who are 18 years and over can become member of Live Healthy Club. Companies or Organisation will not be eligible for membership.
  3. Live Healthy Club membership is non-transferable and is only available to members who have joined the Club. Misuse of membership, offer or any misconduct, fraud or misuse of points by members, or failure to comply with the Terms of Use and/or other terms and conditions of use under the Membership Program, may result in termination or suspension of membership, withdrawal of benefits, and cancellation of all points awards.
  4. Global Healing reserves the right to change Live Healthy Club Points Program structure, offers and other content, including the terms and conditions, or terminate the Live Healthy Club Points Program at any time. Although the Live Healthy Club Points Program takes reasonable steps to notify Members of significant changes to the Live Healthy Club Points Program and/or these Terms and Conditions, it is the Member's responsibility to read updates on Live Healthy Club Points Program and these Terms and Conditions. Any service in which a Member uses Live Healthy Club Points Program will be deemed to accept all changes made. The Live Healthy Club Program and/or Global Healing will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the Live Healthy Club Points Program or any changes to these Terms and Conditions.
  5. How do I earn Live Healthy Club points?

    You can earn 1 cent for every HK$1 spent, excluding shipping charges. Points earned on this order are calculated by the actual checkout amount after deducting each discount offer.
    Points will be added to your account within 2-3 working days of the order being shipped.
  6. How do I redeem Live Healthy Club points?
    Once you've accumulated enough designated points, you can redeem the rewards you want to redeem in the Rewards Area.
    The reward is a designated one-time offer code that can be redeemed as an amount deduction or gifts.
    Offer codes can be used on the checkout page after making a purchase.
    Only one discount code can be used per order.
  7. Is there a expiration for Live Healthy Club points?
    Points will start to expire 1 year (365 days) from joining date. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more. The accumulation and replacement of points rewards applies only for the duration of the points. Unlisted points expire and cannot be transferred to the next year.
    It is the member's responsibility to keep an eye on their membership and points expiration date. Points are automatically cleared after the expiration date. In the event of any dispute, the records held by Live Healthy Club shall be considered as proof of the points reward balance in each Member's account.
  8. How do I view my Live Healthy Club Credit Balance?
    Log in to your account and go to the Live Healthy Club page. From this page, you can check the points you've earned, how you earn them, redeem them, check your redemption history, and coupon codes.
  9. Can Live Healthy Club points be transferred to friends/cashed into cash?
    Points cannot be exchanged/redeemed to cash and cannot be transferred or used in conjunction with or shared with other account points of the same Member.
  10. What is the validity period for Live Healthy Club membership?
    Your membership is valid throughout the Live Healthy Club program. Global Healing reserves the right, at any time and in absolute discretion, to terminate the operation of Live Healthy Club without prior notice to or reasons given to the Member. Upon termination of Live Healthy Club, all rights and privileges of the Member will cease and the Member shall not or may not make a claim or claim against Global Healing for any nature or result of the termination of the Membership Program.
  11. Do I earn Live Healthy Club points for any store purchase?
    Live Healthy Club points are limited to Global Healing e.shop store.
  12. Is the Live Healhty Club reward fixed?
    The Live Healthy Club Rewards are updated regularly. Gifts are available in limited quantities, on a first-come, first-served date.
    Live Healhty Club will endeavour to provide the exchanged gift within a reasonable time, depending on the nature of the gift. However, Live Healhty Club reserves the right to require members to change other gifts if they fail to be provided or delivered.
  13. How do I check the coupons/gifts that have been redeemed?
    On the Live Healthy Club page, click My Gifts to check out the redeemed coupon, and you can click the Checkout Use button to use the offer immediately.
  14. How many rewards can Live Healthy Club redeem at the time?
    As long as you have enough points, you can redeem your rewards.
  15. Can the Live Healthy Club offer code be transferred to someone else?
    It is recommended that you use the offer yourself to avoid misuse of the offer.
  16. Is the Live Healthy Clud reward refundable?
    Once confirmed, the reward will not be refunded or exchanged with other rewards or products.
  17.  Why my reward points are different from my order amounts?
    If you use non-Hong Kong currency for check out, the points may vary according to the exchange rate on the date of purchase.
